Ontario, Canada

We don't import vials.
We make them.

Raw material arrives in Ontario, Canada. Purification, verification, filling and freeze drying all happen in our own lab, before anything gets a label.

Every operation, under our own roof.

Each step happens in our own facility. Nothing is contracted out and nothing is taken on trust.

Raw material arrives

Crude activesIncoming documentation

Crude peptide actives reach Ontario from manufacturers that specialise in large-scale synthesis. Nothing about the material is taken on trust at this point, including the certificate it travelled with.

Why it matters. This is the one step we share with a brand that imports finished vials. Everything below is what they do not do.

Purification

Preparative HPLCSemi-preparative HPLC

The material is run against our own internal specification rather than the one printed on the supplier's certificate. This is the step that consumes the most time and the most equipment, and it is the reason the lab exists.

Why it matters. You do not run preparative HPLC on a finished product. Purification is the proof that what arrived was raw.

Analytical verification

LC-MSMALDI-TOFChromatography

Mass spectrometry and chromatographic analysis confirm identity, molecular weight and purity before anything moves forward. These results form our internal release criteria.

Why it matters. Purity that has been measured is a fact. Purity that has been stated is a claim. A batch that misses specification does not continue.

Sterile filtration and fill

0.22µm filtrationAutomated fill lineISO-classified cleanroom

Solution is sterile filtered through a 0.22 micron filter, then filled into vials on an automated line inside a controlled cleanroom environment designed to meet ISO-classified standards for sterile handling.

Why it matters. This is where a batch stops being a solution and becomes a product. It needs a cleanroom, which is a room a relabeller has no reason to own.

Freeze drying and release

Vacuum freeze dryingIn-chamber stopperingCold storageBatch COA

Filled vials go into the freeze dryers on shelf racks. Under vacuum at low temperature the water is drawn off, leaving the dry cake in the vial. The chamber seats the stoppers before the trays come out. Vials are then capped and held under refrigeration on site until a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis is issued.

Why it matters. Freeze dryers are the least fakeable equipment in this business. They cost a great deal, they occupy a room, and there is no version of importing finished vials that involves owning a wall of them.

We manufacture. They relabel.

That is the entire difference, and it decides everything downstream: purity, verification, temperature, and who is accountable when a batch is wrong.
